WINE TOUR POLICY - For the safety of our guests, we politely request that alcohol is not consumed prior to a wine tour: this includes being hungover. Politely: DO NOT ARRIVE FOR A WINE TOUR WITH A HANGOVER. If staff of Coconut Express believe that guests are intoxicated or hungover before they board our vehicle, those guests will be politely asked to stay at home. No refund will be offered.

In order to enter wine tasting rooms, guests of the coconut express must respect the wineries AND the privacy of their guests. Noise levels must be kept within respectful levels. Please do not swear or use coarse language whilst in a winery.

For the safety of our guests, if a guest becomes inebriated, or negatively affects the customers or staff at a winery during a wine tour, they will be politely asked to leave the tasting room and to discontinue the consumption of alcohol for the remainder of the wine tour.

In the case where a guest is asked to leave by a winery, the wine tour will cease and guests will be taken home. No refund will be offered.
